Company sport events
Erasmus+ Sport funded project promoting physical activity in the workplace with the aim of increasing the health and well-being of employees.
Research has shown that employees who get at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week miss an average of 4.1 fewer days of work per year. Having physically active employees can lead to: reduced sickness and sick days - reduce absenteeism.

Best practice collection was prepared as the foundation for the later development of other project outputs.
Event manual
Manual on how to organise company sports events for employees: An Event Manual is prepared for staff working in the sport sector. The manual for large grassroots events with more than 100 participants includes practical tips and tricks for multiple sport events and specific target groups.
Workshop for sport staff and volunteers
A workshop for club leaders, sport managers, and volunteers were organized to build the capacity of the target group. The agenda included the organisation of large company sports events, a manual presentation, and a hackathon – knowledge exchange among club leaders, sport managers, and volunteers. COMPANY SPORT EVENTS
Large multiple sports events for employees will be organized. Company sports events will be organized in Italy, Slovenia and Serbia (each 200 participants). Events include various sports, age categories, and both genders.
ITALY
In Italy, the event will take place in Margherita di Savoia, the homebase of the Associazione Promozione Sociale Sportiva Dilettantistica Margherita Sport e Vita (MSV).
SLOVENIA
The capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, will host the event in Slovenia, organised by the Sport Union of Slovenia.
SERBIA
In Serbia, the event will take place in Beograd and will be hosted by the Srpska asocijacija malog fudbala (SAMF).

The project COMPANY SPORTS EVENTS is focused on some of the main priorities of Erasmus+ Sport:
- Encouraging participation in sport and PA, especially the promotion of all activities encouraging the practice of sport and PA including traditional sport and games and intergenerational sport
- Equal opportunities in sport
- Building capacity of organisations to work transnationally and across sectors
